Size Minimum, Maximum and Restrictions
There are numerous options to modify the Rail and Style for any; Door, Drawer Front, End Panels, Wainscot, (Reduce Top & Bottom Rail/Full Top & Bottom Rail).

“A” is the Rail and Style width from the edge of the panel to the start of the panel detail.
The typical default dimension is 2 – 1/4″ (57.15 mm) however you can specify any dimension you want. Specify with drawings and / or notes.
“A” minimum is 1″ (25.4 mm) Standard default is 2 – 1/4″ (57.15 mm)
“B” minimum is 1″ (25.4 mm)
“C” minimum is 1 – 1/2″ (38.1 mm)
“D” minimum is “A” x 2 + profile width x 2 + “C”
Any panel less than the minimum will default to a flat panel without the panel profile or a flat slab panel.
Maximum height = 120″ (3048 mm)  x width 60″ (1524 mm). Some may consider one or more mid rails for a pleasing style.
Please send drawing with dimensions for placement of mid rails.

Finishing Options
A pre-primed white or grey: 2 coats on the front and edges (and 1 coat on the back if selected material has a Raw MDF back in which additional fees will apply).

Followed by a complete finishing to the colour of your choice. A sample colour chip must be provided (minimum size 1″ x 2″ (25 x 50 mm), along with the Brand Name, Colour Name and Colour Code.

In the event of colour matching, a minimum 5”x 5” (150 x 150mm) sample colour must be provided. Additional fees will apply for custom colors and small orders of any colour other than our default color Benjamin Moore, Cloud White, CC-40.

Standard sheen level is 20%, however options include 5% (Dead Flat) to High Gloss and Flat Polished (Mirror Finish). Please inquire as additional fees may apply.
